# Account And Product Access

Understand your account, product access, and where to get help signing in.

## Sign in to your account

Use **Sign in** from the PhaseFolio website. The shared account service handles sign-in and account settings. Use the email address associated with your invitation or product access.

From the product directory, open the product available to your account.

## Check product access

Workspace and Atlas have separate access permissions. Creating an account or joining an organization does not establish access to every product. If a product shows that access is required, follow the displayed access instructions or [contact PhaseFolio](https://phasefolio.com/contact).

**Workspace is available to enterprise organizations.** You need membership in an organization with Workspace access and the appropriate product permission. An individual sign-up does not include Workspace. [Request access for your organization](https://phasefolio.com/contact), or ask your organization administrator about an existing invitation.

Sentinel is in development. A product entry for Sentinel does not mean that monitoring or alerts are available.

## Work in the right organization

When your account belongs to an organization, check the active organization before working with its records. The records and actions available to you depend on that organization and your assigned role.

If you cannot find a record, first check your account and organization. Do not create a duplicate record just to work around an access problem.

## Understand usage limits

Some research actions have a run allowance or capacity limit. Read the allowance and availability displayed before starting an action. A capacity message can indicate that the service is busy; an exhausted allowance indicates a different limit.

## Get help

Use [Support](https://phasefolio.com/support) for sign-in, access, or missing-record problems. Include the product name, the action you were taking, and any error message. Never send a password, session cookie, API key, or private access link.
